Partnering with us means entrusting your land to a company that prioritizes the long-term preservation of your property. Our approach ensures that your land is maintained for future generations to enjoy, while generating steady income.

During the 1-3 year development phase, IPP Solutions will handle all planning, permitting, at no cost to you. You’ll also receive yearly option payments during this phase.

Yes, you can continue the existing use of your property up until construction starts. After construction, farming operations can continue on the remaining acres outside of the leased area.

Yes, you are free to lease your land to tenant farmers during this period, enhancing your land's profitability.

If for any reason the project doesn't move forward, we will make sure your land is free from any obligations or encumbrances related to the project.

The lease has three phases: a 1-4 year development period with annual option payments, followed by a 6-12 month construction period, and then the commercial term where you receive fixed rental payments for 20-40 years!
